A 71-year-old male patient was diagnosed with papillary carcinoma follicular variant after bilateral total thyroidectomy and radioactive iodine treatment applied. The post-therapeutic whole-body scan demonstrated a focal 131I uptake in the right lobe of liver upper quadrant abdomen. Single-photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography (SPECT/CT) performed to determine precise localization uptake. It understood that identified activity due cholelithiasis.
